A Category B (Cat B) fit-out is the tenant's own fit-out on top of a Cat A shell: meeting rooms, offices, kitchens, breakout areas, furniture, finishes and branding designed around how the business works.

Cat B is where the office becomes yours. We start from how many people use the space, how they meet and what they need to store, then build the layout and finishes to suit.
Because Cat B often means altering a Cat A ceiling or floor, we check lighting, sprinkler heads, smoke detection and floor box positions against the new layout before any walls go up.
